Richard Stabile Bergen County New Homes Builder Realtor (REMAX real estate associates) In my area of North Fulton County there have been 32 sales of homes greater than 700K since July 1. Only 6 sales of homes listed over a million. There are 507 ACTIVE LISTINGS. The list price sales price ratio on the higher end homes is not very good.
Having once lived in that area of Georgia, I can attest to just what a beautiful area it is...calm and peaceful, yet not far from plenty of activities and opportunities. It is a great time to buy a luxury home in that area, it's just a shame there are not more folks in a position to do so.
