Jim,

Looks big for a 3/2...no sqft.? I love crown molding..it really makes the colors of an interior stand out.

Jim, I almost never look at homes but this house is lovely!  I sometimes can't believe how low (compared to here) other homes are going for. Just curious, what are the taxes there?  That's what's driving people off Long Island I believe.

Neal we are not allowed to quote square footage in our market area.  Very big home with a full daylight basement!

James  Thanks!

Frank  Thatnks!  From your lips to God's ears!

Carole that taxes on this are about $2300.  I am from New York originally!  That is why I  moved south!  The taxes are incredible in NY!

Jim, that is amazing.  My taxes on a tiny, 100 year old "cottage" are just under $10,000. And I won't get started on on the gas and electric.  Might be joining you down there some day :)

10K?  That is Cheap for New York!  I was paying 9600 in Buffalo in 1992 on a 180K home.  I would like to head north to be near family eventually.

Lisa we do not quote square footage in Atlanta.  We are not allowed to.  I just got in the habit of not even speculating on it.   Before I came to Atlanta there was supposedly a lawsuit.  Someone sued their real estate agent for a square footage issue of +/- 10 square foot.  The agent lost.  Hence...no more quotes.  That is my understanding.

Donna Thank you very much!

gotta love the landscaping... very well done!

Georgia is wierd about the square footage issue...  the state legistlature ought to consider creating a solution... Just a thought.
