Jim - I see the upsides as well as the downsides to this. I'm technology savvy and draw many people to my websites and such. While the consumer is more informed via internet, we have more connection by making them personalized websites for searches, etc. Slowly, but surely, when the consumer can find out nearly every detail about a property as easy as looking up movie searches, then I wonder about the cost of our services in the future, especially in light of nationalization tendencies. However, I also realize this is the generation that grew up with this form of immediate gratification. I have to be their, before my competition is there in the future.
