Neal Bloom-Realtor ® Assoc.-Weston Florida  Thanks Neal!  What you are seeing is a shift in my marketing to accommodate the changing times.  I need to refocus on what the new core niches will be for the coming year, and try to bottleneck a new area of potential buyer and seller leads.  In the Atlanta metro area monthly foreclosures are exceeding sales almost 2 to 1.  Since Atlanta area homes are very reasonable, it is only a matter of time before buyers from out of state will start inquiring about deals in Atlanta.  We will be ready.  Since I started this campaign last week, I've picked up 3 buyers.

You are not using the Subscribe To My Blog button on the last few posts. Is there a reason for that?

So... I am looking through the choices on Feedburner... do I choose RSS or Atom for my feed subscription service? Where do I go to learn the difference?

Sarah Nopp, REALTOR(R), CRS. RE/MAX Four Seasons, Olympia WA  The feed is below on a default.  Then if you have a  start page on Google or whatever, it is your choice to select a feeder.  I assume it is strictly a preference choice.
