The statistics are for North Fulton County in the areas of Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton Georgia and is known as area 13 and14 in Our GAMLS and FMLS. In February 2008 there were only 5 homes sold that were over $1 Million Dollars. There were Active - 338 Properties Found. Of the 5 that sold the average days on market is 533 DAYS The Original List Price was $1,448,460 the average sold price is $1,388,022 or OLP / SP = 96%.
Of the 5 homes that sold 3 are new construction and the sales price is higher than the Original List Price. It is a great time to buy Million Dollar homes in North Atlanta, but not every home will be a great deal!
